This movie was definitely made by dog lovers: the cats here are angry, arrogant and defeated. But there are a lot of them. The war between cats and dogs has been going on for centuries, and the cats are about to win: the leader of the felines, the white Persian Mr. Tinkles, is going to spread dog allergies among all humanity. At the center for special agent dog training, this information is intercepted, and now the fate of the world is decided in the house of Professor Brody and his family. Brody is developing an allergy vaccine, based on which Mr. Tinkles wants to create his own anti-dog virus. The dogs plan to place powerful protection in the house of the professor, a dog lover, a trained Doberman special agent, but instead the Brody family ends up with the funny and clumsy beagle Lou. This picture is a remake of the 1965 film, where the luxurious Siamese played the role of Disi. By the way, “that damn cat” from the 1965 film also played in the first version of “The Incredible Journey” in 1963 - about a cat and two dogs who are trying together to return to their owners.
